Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly within the fields of engineering, consultancy, architecture, interior design, contracting, real estate, or property management.

Role Overview

The Business Development - Sales role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships with medium to large-scale projects. This role requires a proactive and creative approach to demand generation, essential for the growth and success of Professional Touch. By connecting with industry influencers and key stakeholders, the Business Development professional will play a vital role in expanding our market reach and enhancing our reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify governmental projects relevant to our company's services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, including engineering, consultancy, architecture, and real estate.
  • Utilize email campaigns and Linked In to engage potential clients, and participate in relevant industry events.
  • Identify and connect with 50 industry influencers, maintaining a target list and effectively communicating with them.
  • Establish connections with multinational companies, international designers, real estate developers, and successful local CEOs.
  • Conduct outreach through Linked In, email, phone calls, visits, or events to introduce services and explore potential client relationships.
  • Keep track of notes and updates on Public Investments Fund (PIF) projects, ministry of tourism projects, and other funded initiatives.
  • Conduct all business development activities in Arabic or English.
  • Evaluate visits and targets on a quarterly basis to assess progress and performance.
  • Update CRM daily, including business cards and notes from every meeting conducted.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to demand generation.
  • Experience in conducting market research and understanding industry trends.
  • Adept at engaging with diverse audiences, including executives and decision-makers.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Success in the first 90 days looks like
  • A working target list of 50 influencers and a live, qualified pipeline.
  • A defined, repeatable process for finding and approaching leads.
  • A clean CRM and a steady flow of booked meetings.
