We are partnering with a leading Facilities Management business in Saudi Arabia that is continuing to expand its commercial team and is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager in Riyadh.
This Tech for good role is an opportunity to play a key role in driving growth across Hard FM, Soft FM, Integrated Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Technical Services while working closely with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across government, semi-government, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to develop commercially competitive FM solutions.
- Report directly into the Founders.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and client retention.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions across Saudi Arabia.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
- 4+ years of Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial experience within Facilities management.
- Strong understanding of Hard FM, Soft FM, IFM, Maintenance, MEP, Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, or Technical Services.
- Proven track record of winning new business and managing large client relationships.
- Experience preparing proposals, tenders, commercial offers, and contract negotiations.
- Established network across Riyadh and wider Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Arabic and English fluency.
- Driver license required.

- Salary: 15-20K SAR a month + a generous commission scheme.
