We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategic Accounts Manager to lead the recruiting and development of Strategic Selling Partners on Amazon. This role drives Selling Partner growth and satisfaction through strategic insight and relentlessly high operational standards.

We are looking for a seasoned account manager to support our growing Account Management team, responsible for driving the growth of brands and businesses on Amazon. You will own business and operational objectives within the Direct Seller Recruiting team, focused on key account partner acquisition. You will lead the creation and execution of strategies to grow your book of business, deliver best in class onboarding for new Selling Partners, and lead the recruitment and development of a portfolio focused on driving growth for strategic merchants in your product family.

ROLES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES Selling Partner Support and Business Growth
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit the highest potential strategic merchants to Amazon.sa, via phone or email
  • Prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Act as a business partner for new sellers, providing data driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon
  • Educate new sellers on Amazon's high standards for delivery and customer experience
  • Enable sellers to master Amazon's tools and systems so they can independently manage their catalog, inventory, and performance
  • Learn the specifics of your categories, including popular brands, trends, seasonal items, and pricing, to tailor your pitch and advice to sellers
  • Track and report business development results, analyzing data and interpreting reports for your portfolio of sellers
  • Prioritize your time effectively to achieve targets in a results oriented environment
  • Identify and advise on improvements to business input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience, in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure timely, accurate, and professional operational support for all Selling Partners
Selling Partner Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with Selling Partners across your portfolio and category, proactively developing joint business plan action items and acting as a point of escalation for emerging issues and concerns
  • Manage Selling Partner needs and monitor complexity through efficient engagement allocation
  • Monitor satisfaction survey results and feedback to analyze positive and negative trends, establish improvement plans, and manage expectations with Account Managers as appropriate
Program and Process Excellence
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve tools and processes that enhance the Selling Partner experience and drive Account Manager productivity
  • Identify, quantify, and define feature enhancements and new products to improve service offerings, based on customer feedback, data analysis, and gaps relative to competitive products
Leadership
  • Raise the bar for Account Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives and escalation support as needed
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding the business needs of Selling Partners in an ever changing environment; contribute to and lead strategic plans and documents for the organization
  • Partner with external teams, including Category Management, Finance, Global Account Management, and Central Support, to align programs and initiatives that drive growth
  • Lead recruiting and hiring efforts across your direct team and the broader organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
