As a Reporting Specialist, you'll play a critical role in tracking KPIs, visualizing performance data, and supporting decision‑making processes on one of the most high‑profile infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency and stakeholder visibility across key project metrics.

• Collect data from multiple project management, ERP, and operational systems to ensure complete and accurate inputs for analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards and detailed reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Analyze trends and performance metrics to highlight bottlenecks, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
• Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports tailored for senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders
• Support automation and optimization of reporting workflows and templates
• Ensure that reports are aligned with data governance policies and privacy standards
• Present data‑driven insights in clear, visually engaging formats suitable for both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Work with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and clarify data needs
• Track compliance with internal reporting standards and maintain version control and audit trails

• Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reporting or data analysis roles
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI or Tableau highly preferred
• Proven ability to turn raw data into meaningful reports and actionable insights
• High attention to detail, with strong data validation and quality control habits
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting tasks under tight deadlines
