Responsibilities

• Analyze complex RFQs within core business areas and prepare comprehensive cost proposals using established processes and tools.
• Lead the preparation of offer documentation for moderate-size tenders, ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority.
• Perform advanced risk analysis and draft tenders with precision and attention to detail.
• Support Opportunity Leaders during customer negotiations and deal closures.
• Develop pre‑sales contract strategies while collaborating with marketing, sales, and technical teams.

• Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, consulting, and negotiation of product/service contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize project setups and structure compelling proposals.
• Proven track record in developing pre‑sales strategies and managing complex tender documentation.
