A&M KSA is a Saudi‑based, Saudi‑focused business, fully integrated with a global firm with "execution" at the core of our DNA. This 12‑month graduate program, starting in October 2026, draws high‑potential Saudi graduates to develop, motivate, and inspire a new career in management consulting. You will participate in a regional induction program and technical training, then gain exposure to a variety of clients across different industries, traveling across the region as needed.

Completion of the program may lead to a full‑time role within A&M Middle East.

As a highly motivated, growth‑driven fresh graduate, you will support a range of projects across A&M’s Middle East operations and client engagements. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of consulting and industry sectors:

• Strategy and performance improvement consulting across numerous sectors, such as tourism, hospitality, banking, infrastructure, retail, F&B, education, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, energy, consumer goods, transport, and business services.
• Define and redefine strategy, plan and execute transformation, and navigate complex merger integrations and carve‑outs.
• Financial and/or operational restructuring, undertaking financial analysis under time‑pressured situations.
• Work on client engagements either in the office or on client site (when possible).
• Develop company and industrial analyses.
• Support research initiatives and new business development.

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited, high‑ranking university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory); business‑level knowledge of English for both written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and solution orientation.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills, able to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Able to research, analyse and present information clearly.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Initiative‑driven, proactive, and comfortable contributing to discussions with senior stakeholders.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Action‑oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.

Applications will be accepted on A&M’s career portal until 30 June 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend virtual and in‑person interviews, consisting of competency‑based interviews and case studies, scheduled for July and August. The Bidayah graduate program will commence in early October 2026 and last for 12 months; applicants must be available for the entire duration.
