- Annual Package:
Up to RMB 1,000,000 (Negotiable) - Reports Directly to CEO
- We are a fast-growing international technology and business organization with approximately 600 employees globally. As the company enters its next stage of growth and organizational development, we are seeking a high-potential Strategic Business Partner to work closely with the CEO and leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, business performance, and organizational execution.
- This role offers a unique opportunity for candidates from top consulting firms or corporate strategy functions to transition into a highly visible executive-facing position with direct impact on business growth and transformation.
- Drive and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives
- Manage strategic project timelines, milestones, execution tracking, and post-project reviews
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective implementation of key initiatives
- Monitor execution progress and identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Track key business and operational performance indicators
- Conduct business analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Support decision‑making through data‑driven insights and structured problem‑solving
- Drive accountability and execution across strategic priorities
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis
- Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Support organizational effectiveness and business transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Strong business analysis and structured problem‑solving capability
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ownership mentality and execution orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and multicultural environment
- Experience from top‑tier or leading boutique consulting firms, including:
- McKinsey & Company
- Bain & Company
- Roland Berger
- Kearney
- Alternatively, experience in:
- CEO Office
- PMO
- Strategic Operations
- Business Transformation
- Exposure to technology, internet, digital platform, or e‑commerce businesses is highly preferred
- International working experience is a plus
- Consulting and/or professional services background preferred
- Direct exposure to CEO‑level decision‑making
