Own a portfolio of accounts across KSA and the GCC retailers, FMCG, F&B, pharma, entertainment, and more. Build pipeline from scratch, research prospects, initiate outreach, run discovery calls, and close deals. Translate client pain points into scoped proposals across Muhimma’s three service pillars:
Market Research, Data Analytics, and Customer Performance. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract with clean Hub Spot discipline at every stage. Coordinate with the delivery team so what gets sold gets delivered and clients renew. Stay current on market dynamics, competitor activity, and category shifts in your target sectors.

- Translate client pain points into scoped proposals across the three service pillars.
- Manage the full sales cycle, maintaining Hub Spot discipline at every stage.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure sold solutions are delivered and clients renew.
- Stay current on market dynamics, competitor activity, and category shifts.
- Commercially driven account manager with experience in consultative B2B sales.
- Proactive, research‑oriented, and confident engaging with senior decision‑makers across KSA.
- Business instincts: reads situations quickly, asks relevant questions, and identifies what the stakeholder cares about.
- Hub Spot discipline: logs contacts, updates deal stages, and maintains pipeline hygiene without reminders.
- Due diligence habit: researches the company, category, and contact before any call or meeting.
- Commercial drive: motivated by closing deals, not just conversations, and knows personal sales numbers.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, for proposals.
- KSA market awareness: understands how business moves in the Kingdom, key players, decision paths, and stakeholder priorities.
- Minimum bar: has sold B2B solutions such as services, subscription, or other B2B offerings; comfortable with ambiguity and early‑stage sales environments.
- Can hold a professional conversation with a CMO, Category Director, or GM and understand their challenges.
