Sales Manager

What We re Looking For

• 2 6 years of experience as Sales Manager B2B sales or full-cycle SaaS closing roles
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong experience managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to confidently engage HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams and enterprise decision-makers
• High ownership mentality with strong execution, urgency and commercial instincts
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce or similar tools
• Previous experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment or AI-driven products is a strong plus
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and signed contracts
• Drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts through consultative selling
• Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations with key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams and executive decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos presence across target markets
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success and leadership to maximize conversion and customer outcomes
• Gather customer and market insights to strengthen product positioning and go-to-market strategy
