- Lead BIM delivery across all project phases, ensuring resourcing, governance, and ISO
19650 compliance - Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, information requirements, and digital handover strategies
- Provide assurance by producing, checking, and validating information models and data
- Embed security protocols and best practice across information management workflows
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to build trusted relationships and deliver expert advice
- Mentor, train, and upskill teams while supporting recruitment and capability building in BIM
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies to enhance BIM processes, construction sequencing, and cost planning
- Influence senior stakeholders and lead continuous improvement aligned with the Mace Way
- Champion sustainability initiatives, supporting net zero carbon objectives through proactive emissions management
- Advanced expertise in Autodesk platforms, model validation tools, and visualisation systems
- Strong experience with content management libraries and databases
- Level 6 qualification or equivalent professional achievement
- Demonstrated capability applying standards to deliver assured digital outcomes
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Proven ability to guide teams and deliver results on complex projects
- Lead digital delivery on high-profile projects within a global consultancy
