Business Development Manager – GCC

EYouth is expanding across the Gulf — and we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the GCC.

EYouth is the leading Digital Workforce upskilling platform in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), partnering with governments, foundations, and corporates to build a future-ready workforce  we want a strong business developer to open doors and close deals across both government (B2G) and corporate (B2B) clients in the region, reporting to the Commercial Director.

• Build and own EYouth’s GCC sales pipeline across government and corporate segments.
• Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Manage government tenders and RFPs end-to‑end.
• Grow existing accounts and build strategic partnerships.
• Represent EYouth at key events across the region.

• 5+ years in B2B/B2G business development — ideally in workforce upskilling, training, EdTech, or a consultancy firm in the region.
• A proven track record of hitting revenue targets and closing complex deals.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC market and government procurement.
• Based in the UAE or KSA, able to travel between both as needed.
• Fluent Arabic and English, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• An existing network of government and corporate contacts is a strong plus.
