Construction Management Technology Specialist

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a Construction Management Technology specialist to support the implementation and optimisation of digital platforms across major programmes.

The role requires strong experience in Procore (or equivalent) and a solid understanding of system integration, working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to drive efficient, value‑led outcomes.

• Leading the functional specification, configuration and implementation oversight of Procore Technologies or similar construction management platforms across large‑scale programmes.
• Acting as a subject matter expert on construction technology solutions supporting project delivery, controls, document management and field operations.
• Defining business requirements and translating operational needs into clear functional system specifications.
• Supporting integration design and coordination between Procore and enterprise systems including Oracle Corporation, Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Corporation, and related digital platforms.
• Managing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution and readiness activities prior to go‑live.
• Driving business adoption, training and change enablement to maximise platform utilisation and user engagement.
• Collaborating with delivery teams, consultants, contractors and client stakeholders to ensure solutions align with programme objectives.
• Monitoring platform performance, user feedback and enhancement opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting governance, reporting and data quality standards across integrated project systems.
• Providing expert advice on emerging construction technology trends and industry best practice.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

• Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering Procore or equivalent platforms across major construction and infrastructure programmes.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes and digital delivery within complex environments.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, including Oracle, Primavera P6 and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated capability in business change, stakeholder engagement and driving user adoption.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high‑valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval. immigration and client approval.
