Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment, supporting clients to master their challenges.
• Work closely with the project manager for one or more project modules.
• Directly interact with clients and guide module teams, showing innovation at all levels.
• Finalize and present deliverables to the client.
• Develop market strategies, accompany clients in post-merger situations, optimize organizational structures, and support performance improvement programs.
• Retain excellent working relationships with current clients to ensure project scope is met, bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs.
• Be a key pillar in the organization and an important interface to clients.
• Work with public and private sector clients across the region.

• Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Science, Business, Finance degree from a global top university or business school.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, ideally with a top-tier strategy firm.
• Prior consulting experience serving clients in Financial Services, Banking, and Sovereign Wealth Funds sectors.
• Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience presenting results to clients.
• Middle East experience preferred but not necessary.
