We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Specialist to manage procurement activities, ensure timely sourcing of materials/services, and optimize cost while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Raise purchase orders and track order status.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per requirements.

- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or excess.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain.
- Analytical and cost management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
