Business Development & Sales – Fit-Out & Interior Contracting Department.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager with a strong background in Fit-Out, Interior Design, Construction, and Contracting industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, securing projects, and expanding the company's presence in the market. The role requires strong commercial, technical, and communication skills to engage with clients, consultants, developers, architects, project managers, and key stakeholders.

The candidate must have proven experience in business development, proposal preparation, tendering, negotiations, vendor registration, and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fit-out, interior works, construction, hospitality, retail, offices, F&B, residential, and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, architects, project management companies, and contractors.
  • Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects.
  • Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision‑makers.
Sales & Commercial Activities
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, capability statements, and company profiles.
  • Lead commercial negotiations until project award.
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports.
Tendering & Proposal Management
  • Identify tenders through various platforms and market channels.
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate internal teams for technical and commercial submissions.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals until award.
Vendor Registration & Prequalification
  • Register the company as an approved vendor with clients, developers, consultants, and government entities.
  • Prepare and submit prequalification documents.
  • Maintain vendor registration databases and ensure timely renewals.
  • Build relationships with procurement departments.
Strategic Market Development
  • Develop business opportunities with real estate developers, consultants, project management companies, corporate clients, hospitality operators, retail brands, government entities, facility management companies, property owners, industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, procurement teams, facility managers, end users, decision makers, investors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Fit‑Out, Interior Design, Construction, or Contracting business development.
  • Strong network within the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets.
