Logistics Executive - LM KSA, LM

To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive, to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last mile network.

• Provide on‑ground support to Ops and Program Teams for initiatives requiring complex investigation and proactivity.
• Work with stakeholders to monitor, resolve operational call‑outs, minimise business risk and uphold the high quality bar.
• Dive deep, scrutinise details and anticipate data implications for the Variable Program team.
• Act promptly to notify of off‑operational situations, solve problems, and maintain detailed orientation.
• Support the Program team’s back‑end work—gather insights and use them to enhance program lifecycle and ensure partner experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• 2+ years’ experience investigating contact management, determining root cause(s), and tracking progress of process initiatives.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership, leading by example in all performance areas.
• Ability to develop subject‑matter expertise in all operations processes.
