VOZ Music Production is seeking an experienced Business Partnership Specialist with a proven track record in developing strategic relationships and attracting new collaboration opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing commercial partnerships that support the company's growth and business expansion. Additionally, you will develop relationships with government entities, private sectors, and strategic partners to achieve the company's business objectives.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic relations.
- Experience in a B2B business environment.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Identifying new strategic partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
- Building and managing relationships with current and potential partners.
- Developing long-term collaboration initiatives and commercial partnerships.
- Negotiating partnership terms and agreements, and managing the contracting phases.
- Preparing and presenting partnership proposals and joint initiatives.
- Monitoring the execution of agreements and ensuring target results are achieved.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the success of partnerships and joint projects.
- Preparing periodic reports regarding partnership performance and development opportunities.
- High-level communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to identify commercial opportunities and turn them into successful partnerships.
- Strong skills in preparing presentations and commercial proposals.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within a team and achieve goals.
- Initiative-driven with the ability to manage priorities efficiently.
- Previous experience in the media, production, or creative industries sector is a strong plus.
