Company Description
Seera produces and distributes high-quality cinematic micro-series tailored to modern viewing habits while staying deeply rooted in Arab culture, language, and values. The company focuses on telling authentic, locally relevant stories that reflect the realities, aspirations, and creativity of audiences in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Seera collaborates closely with regional writers, directors, and production talent to develop original content that genuinely resonates.
From contemporary social dramas to emotionally driven narratives, Seera prioritizes cultural respect, artistic excellence, and responsible entertainment in every production.
As a Founders Associate at Seera, you will work directly with the founders to drive key strategic and operational initiatives across the company.
Strategy & analysisPull and synthesize the numbers that matter (downloads, coin economy behavior, SVOD conversion, retention, CAC/LTV), turn them into decisions, and own recurring competitive monitoring of the microdrama/MENA streaming space (Reel Short, Drama Box, Short Max, Shahid, etc.).
Content & production opsHelp run the content pipeline: coordinating writers, studios, dubbing/localization vendors, and release scheduling; tracking throughput and cost per episode.
Partnerships & BD supportSource, prep, and help close partnerships (distribution, telco/carrier billing, content licensing, regional platforms), including building the materials and managing follow-through.
Fundraising & investor supportBuild and maintain the data room, the model inputs, the deck, and investor updates; run diligence logistics.
Special projects & gap-fillingOwn ambiguous, cross-functional problems end to end (new market entry prep, a monetization experiment, a hiring sprint, a vendor migration) and hand them off once they're systematized.
Founder leveragePrep for meetings, drive decisions to closure, and follow up on the things that otherwise slip.
