Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management & Supplier Relationship Governance:
    Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to drive value and performance. Implement supplier evaluation frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring. Oversee supplier contracts, performance metrics, and escalation procedures.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management & Compliance:
    Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance audits to minimize risk. Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and governance policies. Monitor contract lifecycle tracking and ERP-based automation for contract execution.
  • Procurement Operations & Digital Transformation:
    Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process ensuring ERP‑driven workflow compliance. Identify opportunities for process automation and procurement digitization. Implement KPIs and reporting dashboards for data‑driven procurement decision‑making.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:
    Develop and manage procurement budgets in collaboration with Finance. Ensure cost reductions and efficiency improvements while meeting service requirements. Track and optimize procurement spend through ERP analytics and cost benchmarking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Cross‑Department

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Units to align procurement initiatives. Lead procurement policy development and process standardization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and contract management.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a relevant field, with 2 years in a leadership role preferred.

    • Technical

      Competencies:

      Advanced supplier contract negotiation and risk management; ERP procurement systems expertise (e.g., Dynamics 365);
      Budget planning and procurement financial analysis;
      Data‑driven decision‑making and procurement analytics.

      Stakeholder influence and collaboration;
      Negotiating with integrity and ethical approach;
      Sustainable problem solving using analytical methods.
    • Accountability & Compliance: Ensuring procurement governance and regulatory adherence.
