Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management & Supplier Relationship Governance:
Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to drive value and performance. Implement supplier evaluation frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring. Oversee supplier contracts, performance metrics, and escalation procedures. - Contract Lifecycle Management & Compliance:
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance audits to minimize risk. Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and governance policies. Monitor contract lifecycle tracking and ERP-based automation for contract execution. - Procurement Operations & Digital Transformation:
Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process ensuring ERP‑driven workflow compliance. Identify opportunities for process automation and procurement digitization. Implement KPIs and reporting dashboards for data‑driven procurement decision‑making. - Budgeting & Cost Control:
Develop and manage procurement budgets in collaboration with Finance. Ensure cost reductions and efficiency improvements while meeting service requirements. Track and optimize procurement spend through ERP analytics and cost benchmarking. - Stakeholder Engagement & Cross‑Department
Collaboration:
Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Units to align procurement initiatives. Lead procurement policy development and process standardization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and contract management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a relevant field, with 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
