Position: Partnerships Section Manager | alfanar Electric

To develop, manage, and grow strategic systems and solutions partnerships that enhance the organization’s market offering, enable integrated solutions, and support sustainable business growth, by ensuring effective partner alignment, governance, and value realization in line with organizational objectives.

Partnership Development
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential systems and solutions partners aligned with organizational strategy and portfolio direction
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business objectives, market positioning, and solution enablement
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for partnership agreements in coordination with legal and relevant stakeholders
Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strategic, long‑term relationships with partners, key stakeholders, and solution providers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partnership governance, coordination, and escalation matters
  • Conduct regular partner engagement reviews to ensure alignment, performance, and mutual value realization
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
  • Collaborate with leadership to define partnership objectives, success criteria, and performance indicators
  • Analyze market trends, technology developments, and competitor ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
  • Monitor partnership effectiveness and provide structured reporting on outcomes, risks, and strategic impact
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned with commercial, technical, and operational objectives
  • Support joint go‑to‑market initiatives, solution positioning, and coordinated engagements with partners
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and partner organizations
Financial & Commercial Management
  • Manage partnership‑related budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Assess financial performance and return on investment of partnership initiatives and report findings to management
HR Proficiency
  • Recruit, recognize, and cultivate high performers to build a robust second line of management
  • Recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them
  • Treat subordinates equally without discrimination
  • Assess performance criteria that lead to planned results
  • Ensure delegation of authority matrix is available as per company policy
Responsibility & Delivery
  • Take full responsibility for operations as per the job description and required deliverables, following company guidelines
  • Anticipate problems and take proactive steps to prevent them
  • Make timely and proper decisions
  • Deliver required results promptly with required quality and cost

Business Planning & Performance
  • Transform corporate goals into business plans
  • Plan, follow up, and execute annual or development plans

  • Monitor and control budgets and expenses to achieve optimum cost efficiency
Organizational Development
  • Develop organizational structure according to current and future requirements
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all roles and deployment
Business Process Improvements
  • Develop coordinated written systems, policies, procedures, and pursue automation opportunities
  • Be conversant with and navigate through IT solutions relevant to the role
  • Promote automated systems and their full utilization to spread the culture
Quality
  • Treat quality as the company’s prime competitive advantage and act accordingly
Adaptation
  • Adopt new and alternative techniques, technologies, management structures, and business models

Qualifications

Academic

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.

Work Experience:

6 to 10 Years.

Technical / Functional

Competencies:

Solution Sales, Solution Sales Support, Business Acumen.
