Head of Policies & Regulatory Affairs

We are seeking a Saudi experienced professional to lead policy development, regulatory affairs, governance, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive policy frameworks, ensure regulatory alignment, and provide strategic guidance to support organizational objectives.

• Lead the development, review, and implementation of organizational policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Provide policy and regulatory advisory support to business units and stakeholders.
• Oversee policy lifecycle management, including drafting, updating, standardization, and implementation.
• Develop and monitor compliance frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and corrective action plans.
• Conduct policy awareness sessions and provide guidance on governance and compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on organizational operations.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on compliance findings, policy effectiveness, and regulatory risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Law
  , Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in policies, governance, regulatory affairs, compliance, or legal advisory.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and policy development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
