At Jisr, you’ll enjoy a welcoming and casual environment, company retreats, and the ability to interact with and learn from a growing startup. We work hard and care about our most prized asset, our people. Jisr is on a mission to revolutionize people management through a unified, deeply localized SaaS platform, empowering organizations across KSA and the GCC to digitize and optimize every aspect of workforce operations.
We’re data-driven and never stop iterating. If you’d like to work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment building something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a product manager to own and lead a core product area within Jisr. You’ll be responsible for the outcomes of your area end to end: understanding the customer deeply, defining what to build and why, and working with engineering and design to ship products people rely on every day.
This is a hands‑on ownership role. You’ll set the direction for your area, make hard prioritization calls, and be measured by the impact you deliver, not the volume of features you ship. As Jisr grows, the exact scope you own may evolve; we’re looking for someone who thrives on owning a real problem space and can flex as the business does.
Responsibilities- Own your area end to end: Take full ownership of the outcomes of your product area, from problem discovery through delivery and adoption. Set a clear direction and be accountable for the results.
- Discovery & customer understanding: Develop deep, first‑hand understanding of customers and their workflows. Run research, talk to users, analyze behavior, and turn insight into a clear point of view on what matters most.
- Strategy & prioritization: Define the roadmap for your area and make deliberate trade‑offs. Prioritize ruthlessly based on customer value, business impact, and effort, and be able to explain the reasoning behind your choices.
- Execution & delivery: Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, shape solutions, and ship high‑quality products on a predictable cadence. Stay close to the details and unblock the team.
- Data & measurement: Define the metrics that matter for your area, instrument them, and use data to drive decisions. Track adoption and impact after launch and iterate based on what you learn.
- Stakeholder management: Work across sales, customer success, support, and leadership to gather input, align on priorities, and communicate what’s shipping and why. Build trust as the go‑to owner of your area.
- Quality & reliability: Care about the craft, usability, edge cases, performance, and the operational reliability of features customers depend on daily.
- Go‑to‑market: Partner with marketing, sales, and support to launch well, ensuring the right enablement, positioning, and feedback loops are in place after release.
- Experience: Typically 3–5 years in product management for a PM, or 5–8+ years for a Senior PM, in B2B SaaS or a comparable product environment.
- Ownership mindset: A track record of owning a product area and being accountable for outcomes, not just delivery. You move problems forward without waiting to be told how.
- Customer obsession: Genuine curiosity about users and a habit of talking to them directly. You can translate messy real‑world workflows into clear product decisions.
- Prioritization & judgment: Strong ability to make trade‑offs under constraints and defend them with clear reasoning. You focus the team on what matters most.
- Execution strength: Proven ability to ship, working effectively with engineering and design to turn ambiguity into shipped, high‑quality product.
- Analytical skills: Comfortable with data; able to define metrics, interrogate them, and make evidence‑based decisions.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; can align stakeholders at all levels and articulate the “why” behind the work.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities and scope can shift. You stay effective through change.
- Bonus: HR/payroll or workforce‑management domain knowledge; KSA/GCC market experience; familiarity with operationally complex, high‑usage product areas.
