Business Operations Manager

Operations is the engine room: the team that designs how the company runs and makes it increasingly AI-native.

Be the Head of Operations' right hand — the support engine spanning the department that keeps the operating rhythm, priorities, and coordination on track, so Operations delivers with pace and focus.

• Operating rhythm — run the department's operating cadence across every area: planning, agendas, decisions, action-tracking, and follow-through.
• Priority tracking & follow-through — keep the Head of Operations' priorities visible and on track, driving follow-through across all teams.
• Cross-functional coordination — connect the pillars, surface and unblock issues, and keep work moving across the department.
• Decision support & reporting — prepare executive and board materials, briefings, and analysis on the Head's behalf.
• Special projects & department operations — take on cross-cutting initiatives directly, and coordinate the internal running of the department.
• AI-native ways of working — use AI to run the operating rhythm, tracking, and reporting.

First 90 days: the department's operating rhythm running reliably — clear agendas, decisions, and follow-through.

By 6–12 months: a department that runs with pace and discipline, with cross-cutting initiatives delivered.

• 6+ years in business management, operations, strategy, PMO, or top-tier consulting — tech / AI / digital preferred.
• A proven track record running an operating rhythm and driving execution across teams.
• Exceptional organization, coordination, and follow-through.
• Outstanding communication and executive presence; high discretion and judgment across senior leaders.
• Demonstrable experience using AI to multiply output

• Bachelor's required; MBA / advanced degree a plus. English mandatory;
