Job Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program. You’ll work in a highly dynamic, fast‑paced, professional environment and develop the skills you have gained at university in a real business setting. Throughout the program you’ll receive regular training, one‑to‑one meetings with your manager, goal setting, and mentorship.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive intern to support program and project management activities across key business initiatives. The role will focus on coordinating timelines, tracking actions, following up with stakeholders, preparing updates, and helping ensure projects progress smoothly against agreed milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
  • Maintain project timelines, action trackers, and follow‑up logs.
  • Follow up with different stakeholders to collect updates and drive progress.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and progress reports.
  • Help organize meetings, reviews, and project check‑ins.
  • Escalate delays, dependencies, or blockers to the project lead.
  • Support documentation of processes, decisions, and next steps.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc program management tasks as needed.
Required Skills
  • Strong organization and follow‑up skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.
  • Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Interest in project management, program management.
About You
  • Currently in your final year of study, looking for internship opportunity (mandatory 12‑month internship).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Management, or related field.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
  • High energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self‑belief, and achievement orientation.
  • A good mix of analysis, problem identification, and presentation skills.
  • Learning‑oriented attitude and drive to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
