Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive intern to support program and project management activities across key business initiatives. The role will focus on coordinating timelines, tracking actions, following up with stakeholders, preparing updates, and helping ensure projects progress smoothly against agreed milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
  • Maintain project timelines, action trackers, and follow‑up logs.
  • Follow up with different stakeholders to collect updates and drive progress.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and progress reports.
  • Help organize meetings, reviews, and project check‑ins.
  • Escalate delays, dependencies, or blockers to the project lead.
  • Support documentation of processes, decisions, and next steps.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc program management tasks as needed.
Required Skills
  • Strong organization and follow‑up skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.
  • Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Interest in project management, program management.
About You
  • Currently in your final year of study, looking for an internship opportunity (mandatory 12‑month internship).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Degrees:
    Business administration, public relations, Management, etc.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self‑belief, and achievement orientation.
  • A good mix of analysis, problem identification, and presentation skills.
  • Learning oriented attitude and drive to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
