Portfolio Specialist

Location: Riyadh, KSA

A leading bank in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Senior Manager to drive SME Cards portfolio growth, customer lifecycle strategy, customer engagement, spend stimulation, loyalty, and cross‑sell performance.

• Only managerial‑level profiles will be considered.
• GCC banking experience is required.
• 10+ years of banking experience.
• Strong experience in activation, spend growth, retention, reactivation, CRM campaigns, and customer engagement
  .
• Strong understanding of card economics, loyalty, customer lifecycle, and portfolio profitability
  .
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics/reporting tools
  .
• Arabic‑speaking candidates preferred.
• Non‑Arabic‑speaking candidates may also be considered if they have strong experience in Commercial, Business, or SME Cards portfolio management
  .

• Drive SME Cards portfolio growth strategy and profitability.
• Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Lead spend stimulation, e‑commerce growth, loyalty, and rewards initiatives.
• Design and execute CRM campaigns using behavioral and transactional insights.
• Build customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and portfolio reporting using SQL and analytics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across SME Banking, Product, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Loyalty, and Operations.
