Cloud Platform Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Product Manager to lead the commercial and product development of a cloud solutions platform for selling and reselling cloud products. The role focuses on driving platform growth, defining product requirements, and building strategic partnerships to ensure the platform's commercial success.

• Define and own the platform's vision, roadmap, and business objectives.
• Drive platform growth through customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and market development.
• Identify and define the platform's technical requirements and features, and work closely with the technical team to deliver them.
• Negotiate and establish partnerships and agreements with vendors and resellers to support platform growth.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Define and monitor key business KPIs (revenue, adoption, retention, customer satisfaction).
• Prepare business cases, pricing models, and ROI analyses for platform initiatives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation and launch to post-launch optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management,
  with proven experience in cloud solutions (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (hosting, storage, computing) and cloud business models.
• Proven track record in driving product growth and establishing commercial partnerships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in product management and data analytics tools.
