Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Bid Manager – Integrated Solutions to lead end‑to‑end bid and proposal management, drive digital innovation in bid delivery, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across business development, technical, and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities- Bid & Proposal Management Manage the full lifecycle of bid submissions, develop bid strategies, win themes, and value propositions, coordinate bid kick‑off meetings and compliance reviews, maintain schedules and submission trackers, and conduct post‑bid debriefs to improve win rates.
- Digital Delivery & Technology Adopt and integrate digital tools and platforms into bid workflows, leverage AI and automation for bid production efficiency, and stay current with emerging technologies such as AI/ML applications, digital twins, and smart infrastructure solutions.
- Business Development & Strategy Support regional and sector‑specific strategies, conduct market research and competitor analysis, track pipeline metrics, prepare executive reports and dashboards, and liaise with joint venture partners, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
- 8–10 years progressive experience in bid management, proposal development, or business development within engineering, infrastructure, construction, or consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex, multi‑disciplinary bids for large‑scale infrastructure, transport, or urban development programmes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and advanced document production.
- Experience with BIM tools, digital engineering environments, 3D visualization and rendering, and data analytics/dashboarding tools.
- Understanding of AI and automation applications in bid production and business operations.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive client‑ready documents.
- Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across multi‑disciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen to translate client requirements into compelling value propositions.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, self‑driven approach.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
