Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

• Managing life cycle of operational improvement with innovative solutions
• Study existing operations to find opportunities and develop automation solutions to automate process and reports
• Act as business analyst bridging gap between operations and IT solutions creating innovative solutions and enhancing business systems
• Develop solutions using IT programming language and MS office suites to support data, visualization and measurements
• Creating project business cases and managing then through complete life cycle with cross functions
• Perform industrial engineering study to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost
• Creating & implementing SOPs
• All above in focused clearance area and overlap with gateway

Experience in courier, logistics, clearance process and systems knowledge is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and business analytics
• 4‑5 years of experience in industrial engineering and business analysis in a similar industry at an engineer+ level
• Process engineering, industrial engineering, process mapping & improvisation
• Project management
• Business analysis expertise in data/tech disciplines for logistics or allied industry
• Basic knowledge of object‑oriented programming concepts (e.g., C++, Java)
• Strong skills in SQL and experience in creating, analyzing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of software and engineering principles
• Strong skills in visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire etc. to develop reporting
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS (Relational Database Management System)
• Basic agile practice skills/background with exposure in being a part of Agile teams
• Good English and native language skills, possess good communication, team focus, business thinking competencies
• Analytical skills; accuracy & attention to detail; planning & organizing skills; influencing & persuasion skills; presentation skills;
• Software development business side analytical skills; business analysis
