Take charge of commercial policy governance and sales planning management for the Saudi Arabian market. The core responsibility of this role is to translate annual sales volume targets into actionable implementation plans. Through rigorous commercial policy framework design and rebate process administration, you will deliver business objectives and maintain sound financial health across the distributor channel system.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Planning & PSI (Production-Sales-Inventory) ManagementTarget decomposition & overall coordination:
Lead the formulation of detailed annual sales plans by aligning cross-functional teams against annual sales volume targets.Dynamic forecasting:
Track market performance on an ongoing basis and update sales forecasts periodically to achieve precise supply-demand alignment and optimize inventory structure.
Policy formulation:
Develop distributor commercial policies and incentive schemes, initiate internal approval workflows, and oversee official policy rollout.Full lifecycle management:
Establish centralized policy archives to guarantee consistency and compliance throughout policy execution, and conduct periodic performance reviews on policy effectiveness.
In accordance with approved commercial policies and incentive schemes, you will be accountable for the full rebate cycle as follows:
Rebate rollout & communication:
Disseminate and interpret rebate rules to ensure full comprehension by channel partners.Data calculation & validation:
Collect and verify data submitted by distributors, and accurately compute eligible rebate amounts.Finance coordination:
Liaise with the finance department to complete audits and payment procedures, ensuring timely and accurate rebate settlement.
Digital monitoring system setup:
Build and maintain a central database covering inventory & sales records, pricing matrix, per-unit vehicle budget, policy implementation progress, rebate disbursement status and other key metrics.Data-driven decision support:
Conduct granular analysis on underlying operational data to provide factual insights for sales strategy iteration and adjustment.
