Description
Our last‑mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure deliveries—large and small—reach their destination. As a DA and DSP Experience Specialist, you will build connections, help partners establish efficient processes, and resolve any issues, aiming to create a long‑term partnership.
You will leverage multiple listening channels to identify experience priorities, consolidate feedback, and work cross‑functionally to address key improvement opportunities. You will also conduct round tables with partners to monitor sentiment.
Key Job Responsibilities- Collect and analyze insights from multiple listening channels to identify experience priorities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, ACES, and DEX teams to address structural challenges within established SLAs.
- Serve as the voice of DA and DSP in the Amazon SAA day‑in‑the‑life process.
- Operate onsite at one of our sites to maintain close visibility of the delivery process.
- Manage all listening channels and funnel key priorities to leadership.
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles last‑mile delivery duties in partnership with third‑party distribution businesses. We use creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of physical products to customers, aiming to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible and to roll out global delivery solutions for new concepts.
Basic Qualifications- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of industry experience.
