The role
Own and scale HUMAIN's operating model and process backbone — the standards, governance, and cadence that let the company run and grow with control, increasingly run by AI.
What you'll do:
Operating model & decision rights — own the company-wide interaction model, RACI, and decision rights framework.
Governance & operating cadence — design and run the governance and operating rhythm that keeps the company aligned and accountable.
Process backbone — own the process playbook, taxonomy, standards, and enterprise process catalogue.
AI-native operations — redesign core processes so AI agents perform the work, for step-change gains in speed and quality.
Adoption across the company — drive adoption of standards, processes, and AI-native ways of working across every function.
Hands-on player-coach — work directly across functions to design and implement, scaling a team over time.
What success looks like:
First 90 days: a sharpened operating model and clear decision rights, well understood across leadership, with the operating cadence running reliably.
By 6–12 months: standards consistently adopted, a self-sustaining operating rhythm, and AI-native ways of working delivering measurable gains.
What you'll bring:
10+ years in operations or COO-office at a scaling company — tech / AI / digital strongly preferred.
Designed and run operating models & process frameworks at scale, with real adoption to show for it.
Systems thinking, governance design, and process architecture depth.
Genuine AI fluency — you have automated real workflows with measurable impact; deploying AI agents in production operations is a strong plus.
Hands-on delivery across functions; stakeholder orchestration; influence without authority.
Bachelor's required; MBA / advanced degree a plus. English mandatory;
Arabic a plus.
