Our client is a well-established organization seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational performance and ensure the efficient delivery of business objectives. The company is focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, and maintaining high standards of service and execution.
The RoleThe Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day business operations while developing processes that improve productivity, quality, and overall organizational performance. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will ensure operational activities align with strategic objectives and support sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee daily operational activities across assigned business functions.
- Develop operational plans that support business objectives.
- Monitor operational performance using established KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments to ensure operational alignment.
- Lead operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Coach, develop, and manage operational teams. - Support business continuity and risk management initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of operational management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Strong understanding of operational planning and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
- Experience implementing operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with in GCC markets is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic would be considered an advantage.
