Market Intelligence and Business Origination

To identify, evaluate, and originate new development and investment opportunities by providing market intelligence, building strategic partnerships, and supporting business growth across the industrial and logistics real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new development and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic business opportunities.
• Develop market intelligence reports and commercial insights to support decision-making.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government entities, developers, brokers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Lead prequalification submissions, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and related documentation.
• Support early-stage project evaluations, feasibility inputs, and commercial assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to transition qualified opportunities into the bidding and proposal stages.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to enhance market presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• MBA or a relevant Master's degree is preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in Business Development, Market Intelligence, Real Estate Advisory, or Investment Origination.
• Strong knowledge of the industrial and logistics real estate market.
• Proven experience in market research, opportunity sourcing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and relationship-building skills.
