Senior Organizational & Operating Model Consultant

Job Purpose

Participate in the design and development of the organization's Target Operating Model (TOM) and organizational framework by assessing the current state, analyzing gaps, and developing business processes and organizational structures to achieve the project's objectives.

• Participate in assessing and analyzing the current state and identifying gaps.
• Analyze relevant regulations, policies, and organizational frameworks.
• Develop the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Design the organizational structure and define roles, responsibilities, and authorities.
• Develop and analyze business process maps and operating procedures.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documentation.
• Develop operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and presentation materials.
• Support the Project Manager in the preparation and delivery of project deliverables.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in organisational development or organisational transformation projects.
• Proven experience in designing Target Operating Models (TOMs), organisational structures, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
