Tendering Analyst - Limited contract (1 Year only

The Tendering Analyst will support management and executing the end-to-end Saudi public offer process with a primary focus on NUPCO, Etimad, and KFSH tenders and requests, across assigned markets, ensuring highly accurate, compliant, and competitive submissions that support business growth and risk mitigation. The role ensures accurate tracking, documentation, and storage of tender contracts and related records, while supporting the team in coordinating submissions and maintaining compliance with internal processes and local requirements.

This is an operational role with a strong focus on administration, organization, and data accuracy, contributing to smooth tender execution and audit readiness.

• University / Bachelors Degree Ideally degree in a business orientated subject (Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business).
• 3-5 years relevant experience, ideally in managing tenders in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge in iNUPCO, NUPCO SRM, Etimad and KFSH platforms .
• Advances Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• SAP, PowerBI and Tender platforms knowledge is a plus.
