Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist with 5+ years of experience to manage our regional supply chain operations in Saudi Arabia. This role requires deepexpertisein Saudi customs,seaportoperations, and land borders. You willoperatewithin a matrix environment and travel across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities Customs & Import Operations
  • Manage end-to-end import processes in compliance with Saudi local laws and regulations.
  • Oversee complex seaportoperations and clear freight through land border customs smoothly.
  • Apply precise Incoterms 2020 rules to minimize corporate risk andoptimizeshipping costs.
  • Resolve customs delays, duty disputes, anddocumentationdiscrepancies with authorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Navigate a matrix organization to alignlogisticswith sales, procurement, and legal teams.
  • Maintainaccuratetracking dashboards to provide shipment visibility to regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure all regional operations strictly adhere to international trade compliance policies.
Regional Mobility
  • Travel across the region up to 20% to audit vendors and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Build strong relationships with local freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities.
Required Qualifications Experience & Education
  • Experience :
    Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience inlogisticsand international trade.
  • Corporate Background :
    Proven track record working within an international or matrix corporate structure.
  • Education :

    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, ora related field.
Technical Skills
  • Expert knowledge of Saudi Customs systems (e.g.,
    Fasah platform, ZATCA).
  • Deep functional understanding of sea freight documentation (Bill of Lading, COO, Commercial Invoice).
  • Advanced mastery of global Incoterms .
Soft Skills & Language
  • Languages :
    Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Mobility :
    Valid passport and willingness to travelfrequentlywithin the ME region.
  • Problem-Solving :
    Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure port environments.
