Immediate Hire – Consulting Role (Operations / Turnaround / Transformation) | Riyadh, KSA

Currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a leading global consultancy to join them on a 3–6 months’ contract, with a potential to go permanent.

This role is within a fast-growing Performance Improvement practice, working with top-tier clients across sectors as well as leading private equity firms on portfolio value creation and transaction-related matters.

You’ll be working on:

• End-to-end delivery of performance improvement projects across industries (Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, Aerospace & Defence, and more)
• Operational diagnostics and supply-chain optimisation
• Cost-reduction initiatives
• Financial modelling to quantify impact and support decision-making

What you’ll need:

• Master's degree with strong academic success (Business, Finance, or Engineering preferred)
• 5-8 years of consulting experience at a top-tier international consulting firm
• Broad functional expertise across supply chain, large transformations, financial modelling, and pricing
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Willingness to travel across the GCC (and ability to obtain a work permit for EU travel)
• Valid or obtainable Saudi Arabia residency (administrative support provided)
• Excellent written/verbal English;
  Arabic is a plus
