The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective. To analyze business needs, shape product and service requirements, and support the delivery and growth of public security services by integrating business analysis, account management, product management, and cross-functional delivery activities in alignment with Elm's policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.

• Business Development & Opportunity Assessment
• Support business development activities for public security services, including business cases, pricing inputs, and executive presentations.
• Identify customer needs, service opportunities, and potential enhancements that support account growth and service adoption.
• Contribute to opportunity assessment and proposal development in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Account & Stakeholder Management
• Manage day-to-day relationships with public security stakeholders and maintain effective communication on priorities, requirements, and service expectations.
• Coordinate meetings, updates, and follow-up actions to support stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate key issues, dependencies, and risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects, services, and enhancements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure stakeholders have a shared understanding of approved requirements.
• Solution Analysis & Delivery Coordination
• Analyze current and future business processes, identify gaps, and support the design of fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Coordinate with frontend, backend, and integration teams to clarify requirements, resolve dependencies, and support delivery readiness.
• Participate in solution reviews, functional demonstrations, and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Product Management & Enhancement
• Support the management of related products, including revenue tracking, enhancement prioritization, and product performance follow-up.
• Work with UX/UI and Shared Technology Services teams to improve user experience, usability, and product value.
• Maintain product backlogs and contribute to prioritization based on customer needs, business value, and delivery feasibility.
• Project Planning, Execution & EPM Updates
• Support project planning, milestone tracking, risk follow-up, and coordination of delivery activities across assigned work streams.
• Manage and update project activities, status, dependencies, and required actions through EPM and relevant project tools.
• Follow up on project progress and support timely resolution of delivery issues and stakeholder actions.
• Service Performance & Customer Satisfaction
• Monitor service and product performance indicators, customer feedback, and enhancement outcomes.
• Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on business needs, delivery status, product performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, UX/UI, Product, and delivery teams to support service growth and portfolio development.
• Contribute to improving business analysis practices, requirements management, and delivery processes.
• Share insights and lessons learned to strengthen service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Information Security
• Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product management, account management, project delivery, or related roles.
