As a Tamheer trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to business and analytical activities, and develop the technical and professional skills needed to support your transition into the workforce.

As a Tamheer Trainee, you will:

• Support financial analysis activities by collecting, reviewing, and validating financial data.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries to support decision‑making.
• Support the review of financial statements, reports, and related documents.
• Assist in monitoring data accuracy and identifying inconsistencies in reports.
• Support business process improvement initiatives and operational analysis.
• Assist in organizing, documenting, and maintaining records and reports.
• Support data collection and analysis for operational and supervisory activities.
• Contribute to preparing presentations and management reports.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with different departments to support analytical and operational tasks.
• Participate in process improvement projects and suggest opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Support the use of systems and digital tools to improve reporting and workflow processes.

Applicants must:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the relevant majors.
• Meet the requirements of the Tamheer Program.
• Have a good academic record.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Be available for full‑time training.
