Assistant Manager, Strategy Management Office- Key Responsibilities 1
- Annual Planning & OKR Development
- Facilitate annual planning and roll-down of OKRs aligned with corporate strategy.
- Support development, assessment, and periodic review of strategic and operational plans.
- Standardization of Delivery Toolkit
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, tools, and processes for project execution and reporting.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Conduct weekly progress review meetings to monitor initiatives and drive follow-through.
- Manage Reporting Framework and Cadence
- Prepare clear, reliable weekly progress reports, monthly departmental performance overviews, quarterly board updates, and ad-hoc executive reports.
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Track departmental KPIs, establish/maintain calculation methodologies, and manage performance reviews (including Monthly Reviews).
- Strategic Projects & Process Improvement
- Identify, initiate, and support adoption of new operational processes and improvements.
- Assist in early-stage ideation and feasibility analysis for new strategic projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in the GCC/KSA in strategy, enterprise transformation, performance management, or management consulting, preferably within large-scale, multi-stakeholder organizations.
