• Lead change management activities, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption support for the ongoing SAP transformation program.
• Lead end-to-end organizational change initiatives-from assessment to adoption-aligning transformation goals with people, process, and technology change.
• Design and deploy tailored change management plans, including impact analysis, communication strategy, resistance mitigation, and stakeholder mapping.
• Facilitate change readiness workshops, training sessions, and change agent networks across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Monitor change adoption metrics, report on KPIs (e.g., engagement, utilization, sentiment), and adjust strategies to accelerate business benefit realization.
• Collaborate with PMO, HR, and IT leaders to ensure alignment of change activities with program timelines and governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain change management playbooks, templates, and toolkits to scale excellence across multiple concurrent client engagements.

• Experience with Saudi Vision 2030-aligned transformations
• Knowledge of Arabic language or regional cultural navigation
• Certification in Organizational Change Management (OCM), PMP, or SAFe

• Work on high-impact national transformation projects shaping Saudi’s future workforce and digital infrastructure.
• Collaborate with top-tier public and private sector clients across Riyadh, Jeddah, and NEOM ecosystems.
