- Identify, assess, and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project risk registers, mitigation plans, and contingency strategies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including schedule and cost risk analysis.
- Perform risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders to identify and evaluate project risks.
- Analyze the impact of risks on project cost, schedule, quality, and overall project objectives.
- Monitor risk mitigation actions and ensure timely implementation by project teams.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for project management and executive leadership.
- Support project planning by integrating risk assessments with project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Utilize risk management software to perform risk simulations and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with organizational risk management frameworks, policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project controls, planning, cost, engineering, and commercial teams to support informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree or professional certification such as PMI-RMP, FRM, CRM, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management or risk analysis within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale engineering, EPC, PMC, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, Risk Watch, or equivalent risk management software.
- Strong knowledge of project risk management processes, including risk identification, analysis, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulation and scenario analysis.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards).
- Knowledge of project cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment.
