We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery of Client’s strategic Digital Identity Platform, encompassing ,ll, AI Identity Governance, Authorization Services, and Multi-Cloud Security.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design discussions.
- Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support CIAM, IGA, PAM, identity governance, and access management initiatives.
- Coordinate requirements validation, UAT activities, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Maintain requirements traceability, project documentation, and governance artifacts.
- Collaborate with agile delivery teams to ensure business objectives are met.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Process Modeling (BPMN, User Journeys, Workflows)
- Digital Identity & Access Management Fundamentals
- Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation
- Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart
- Strong Documentation and Communication Skills
- CIAM, IAM, IGA, PAM, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation Programs
- OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML Concepts
- Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Governance
- Regulatory and Compliance Requirements Analysis
