Digital Acceleration Expert

Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for providing expert advice and support to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen business excellence across the organization. They contribute specialized knowledge to digital initiatives, demand planning, process improvement, project governance, and performance optimization. They analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical digital solutions aligned with corporate priorities and technology roadmaps. They also support stakeholders in addressing delivery risks, improving processes, and applying relevant governance and quality standards.

The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

• Provide expert advice on digital acceleration opportunities aligned with corporate priorities and Technology Unit roadmaps.
• Assess business requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions, capabilities, and implementation approaches.
• Support the development and improvement of digital transformation frameworks, tools, methodologies, and working practices.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support the prioritization and funding of digital initiatives.
• Assess the expected business value, feasibility, dependencies, and potential impact of proposed digital initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies and relevant industry practices and evaluate their potential application within the Business Cluster.
• Collect and analyze Sales, Telco, Digital, product, and operational demand inputs received from relevant business units.
• Support the preparation and validation of detailed demand forecasts using historical data, business assumptions, and market intelligence.
• Review forecast assumptions, identify inconsistencies, and recommend adjustments to improve forecast accuracy.
• Evaluate demand business cases for completeness, strategic alignment, financial soundness, feasibility, and expected benefits.
• Conduct market and industry research to support demand planning and business decision-making.
• Prepare demand scenarios, trend analyses, and recommendations for review by relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor actual results against forecasts and identify significant variances and their underlying causes.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to project teams during the planning and execution of digital and business‑excellence initiatives.
• Review project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance information and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Support the identification, assessment, documentation, and mitigation of risks affecting programs and initiatives.
• Assist stakeholders in applying approved project‑governance, reporting, and documentation requirements.
• Analyze project performance and prepare clear progress reports, recommendations, and decision‑support materials.
• Support the resolution of cross‑functional issues by providing analysis, options, and expert recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of assigned analyses, recommendations, risks, and improvement actions.

• Analyze end‑to‑end processes and value chains to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, duplication, and digitalization opportunities.
• Recommend practical improvements that simplify processes, enhance performance, and improve customer and employee experience.
• Support the documentation, standardization, measurement, and continuous improvement of Business Cluster processes.
• Apply approved Corporate Quality Management standards, process‑management frameworks, and assurance requirements.
• Conduct process assessments and support the implementation and follow‑up of agreed improvement actions.
• Develop process maps, performance measures, assessment reports, and improvement recommendations.
• Share relevant tools, methods, and good practices to strengthen process‑improvement capabilities among stakeholders.
• Provide analysis and expert advice on governance, risk, compliance, and control matters relevant to assigned initiatives.
