About Valeo Health KSA Valeo Health is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a high-intensity, "founder-like" Associate Director to spearhead our newest health and wellness verticals.

This is not a traditional management role; it is a hands-on, end-to-end execution position where you will research, test, and launch products from the ground up, moving them from 0 to 1 and then scaling from 1 to 100.

The Role This is an onsite, 6 days a week role that requires high ownership, availability and intensity. You will be given full ownership of new categories, requiring you to move from deep research to MVP testing and full-scale revenue growth independently.

• 0-to-1 Ownership:
  Take total accountability for the research, development, MVP testing, and official launch of new health categories.
• Scale from 1-to-100:
  Once launched, own the growth strategy to scale the category into a major revenue driver for the business.
• Strategic Research:
  Conduct detailed market and consumer research to identify high-potential opportunities in the KSA wellness space.
• Execution & Agility:
  Wear "multiple hats"—from high-level strategy to the granular details of product listings and logistics. You are expected to launch products by yourself.
• Revenue & Customer Focus:
  Maintain a sales-driven, customer-first attitude. Every decision should be backed by its potential for growth and customer satisfaction.
• AI Integration:
  Leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to optimize workflows, content creation, and data analysis to move faster than the competition.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years in high-growth startups with a track record in category or program management.
• Education:
  
  Minimum Bachelor’s degree ideally in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math). A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Language:
  Arabic speaker with fluent English (essential).
• Industry Knowledge:
  Experience in health, wellness, or biotech is highly preferred.
• Mindset:
  Extreme comfort with ambiguity and a 100% accountability mindset. You are a self-starter who delivers without needing constant supervision.
• Tech Savvy:
  You must be "AI-native" - well-versed in using AI tools to increase your output and efficiency
