As Platform Lead, you will play a central role in identifying exceptional founders and sourcing deals for SSRH to invest in. This strategic, hands-on position directly impacts patient outcomes, as well as the growth and success of SSRH, its founders and its community.

Your responsibilities will span these key areas:

Redesign health is an AI native company, we expect you to leverage AI skills to support you with the above responsibilities.

As an early member of SSRH, you will also contribute to building the operations and culture of our Saudi innovation platform. You’ll collaborate with U.S.

-based counterparts, leverage Redesign's existing infrastructure, and adapt strategies to the Saudi market.

This role reports to the Senior Director of New Ventures in Riyadh.

• SSRH is recognized nationally as the leading healthcare venture-building platform.

• Two or more high-impact strategic partnerships established with Saudi government, enterprise, venture hubs/incubator entities in the 6 months.

• A thriving founder community actively engaged through events, mentorship, and digital channels.

• Increased visibility and positive sentiment around Redesign Health's mission in the Kingdom (measured via engagement and PR reach).

• A self-sufficient, high-performing Saudi Platform team that attracts the best founders and the best companies that serves as a model for future international funds

Attract, Engage With, and Assess High-Quality Founders

• Design and implement a comprehensive founder strategy to engage with brilliant potential healthcare founders for SSRH to invest in.

• Attract, engage with, and assess top founders by building a robust funnel of top tier founders to enter into due diligence with, via various mechanisms including brand and ecosystem development, active outbound, partnerships and events.

• Conduct due diligence with the investment team to assess the founder and concept and prepare them for the Investment Committee.

• Build and maintain a positive, professional founder journey selling founders on the value of Redesign.

• Build and maintain relationships with government entities (e.g., Monsha'at, Ministry of Health, Vision 2030 programs), universities, accelerators, and corporate partners.

• Organize strategic events such as Founder Salons, investor round tables, and ecosystem workshops.

• Identify collaboration opportunities for Redesign portfolio companies within the Kingdom (pilots, partnerships, regulatory pathways).
