Senior Tender & Bid Specialist Job Riyadh area,Riyadh Region Saudi Arabia,Business

We are looking for a Senior Tender & Bid Specialist with solid experience in managing tender and bidding processes, from identifying and receiving opportunities and analyzing requirements to coordinating and preparing technical and commercial proposals, submitting bids, and following up on award and contracting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and identify tenders and business opportunities from government and private-sector entities.
Analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements and identify key submission requirements.
Coordinate and manage the preparation of technical and commercial proposals with relevant departments.
Monitor tender timelines and ensure timely submission of bids.
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and technical, finance, and legal teams to complete tender requirements.
Follow up on company prequalification and registration processes with government and private entities.
Follow up on award and contracting procedures for successful bids.
Prepare and maintain tender, opportunity, and performance reports.
Contribute to analyzing tender results and identifying areas for improvement.
Contribute to improving tender processes and enhancing the efficiency of the Tendering function.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Management, Law, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in tendering and bidding, business development, or contract management.
Hands-on experience in preparing and managing technical and commercial proposals.
Experience dealing with government and private-sector entities.
Knowledge of Etimad Platform and relevant government platforms.
Strong skills in tender document analysis, coordination, follow-up, and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems and Power BI is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in contracting, engineering consulting, technical services, or infrastructure sectors.
Professional certifications in Project Management, Contracts, Procurement, or Tendering.
