Senior Commercial Manager

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

• Champions a proactive safety culture and values-led leadership.
• Leads commercial governance, cost management, reporting, and payment certification.
• Manages change, claims, risk, and contract administration to protect project outcomes.
• Provides strategic commercial advice, stakeholder leadership, and compliance across procurement and delivery.
• Assesses claims, variations, time extensions, and commercial submissions.
• Provides commercial risk advice, stakeholder guidance, and negotiation support.
• Maintains robust governance, records, compliance, and team capability development.
• Administers contracts, valuations, payments, and final accounts, ensuring compliance and effective commercial control.
• Provides contractual advice, managing change, claims, and project cost performance.
• Delivers accurate commercial reporting and supports informed client decision-making.
• Leads teams and stakeholder engagement, driving continuous improvement and sustainability outcomes.

• Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
• Professional accreditation preferred (MRICS, AACE, PMP, or equivalent).
• Extensive years of commercial experience on major construction projects.
• Strong commercial governance, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
