  • Record decisions, actions, responsible owners, and completion dates.
  • Follow outstanding matters through to documented closure.
  • Capture client requirements and confirm their communication to relevant design teams.
  • Maintain traceability between stakeholder decisions and design-development activities.
  • Coordinate submissions and responses involving authorities, regulators, and third parties.
  • Align external reviews with agreed submission and approval procedures.

  • Manage information exchange according to agreed process dates.
  • Coordinate interfaces between station designs and tracks, viaducts, systems, utilities, and public-realm assets.
  • Support formal change-control processes for modifications to design requirements.
  • Confirm that changes are recorded, evaluated, communicated, and approved through the required steps.
  • Track progress against design milestones and identify emerging delays or bottlenecks.
  • Highlight critical-path decisions and information needed to maintain progress.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for the client and project leadership.
  • Work with discipline leads to develop recovery actions for at-risk milestones.
  • Verify that deliverables complete the required checking, review, and approval workflow before issue.
  • Maintain a design-process risk register covering late inputs, unresolved comments, and approval delays.
  • Coordinate mitigation actions with responsible stakeholders.
  • Ensure that technical, safety, quality, and regulatory checks are included at the correct design stages.
  • Promote compliance with project quality-management procedures.
  • Facilitate constructability, operations, and maintenance review sessions.
  • Capture feedback from construction and operations teams and integrate it into design workflows.
  • Monitor review comments and resulting design actions through resolution.
